How to request a refund: Email us at support@nuovae.com with your order number. We'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of approval. Refunds cover the product price. Original shipping (if any) is non-refundable. For subscription orders, you may cancel anytime before your next billing date; already-shipped orders follow the 90-day guarantee above. You do not need to return the product for orders within the guarantee window unless we request it. Damaged or incorrect items: Contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll replace them at no cost.
